Delivery-
Details of the order will be emailed to the
customer before the consignment is despatched. Should the customer require a
particular product that is currently out of stock, we will inform you of the
expected delivery dates via email. Should the customer not receive a
particular order within 14 days from the date of despatch, the customer should
inform us in writing about such a mishap. Also no damage costs will be incurred
by us unless we are informed about such circumstances 3 days from the receipt
of such damaged goods deliveries.
STANDARD DELIVERY-
Standard deliveries cost £3.95 per delivery,
per address. Deliveries are made between Monday's to Friday's. Goods shipped by
standard delivery should be expected in 2-5 working days from the date of
despatch.
SPECIAL DELIVERY-
Special deliveries cost £6.95
per delivery, per address. Deliveries are made between Monday's to Friday's.
Goods shipped by Special delivery can be expected on the next working day,
provided the order is received before 2pm.
