To ensure total customer satisfaction, unused products that
are in their original packaging can be returned to us within 7 days of receipt
of the item, facilitating either a refund (excluding original postage expenses)
or a replacement for another product of the same cost or higher. Return postage
charges will have to be incurred by the customer under any such circumstances.
Details of any items to be returned should be informed to us in writing within
3 days of its receipt.Also no damage costs will be incurred by us in case of
damaged or faulty goods, unless we are informed about such circumstances 3 days
from the receipt of such damaged goods deliveries.
Making Returns
For all returns, customers will be
required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us except in the event of damaged goods where the customer informs us about it within 3 days of their receipt. If you
prefer, we could collect the products from you and the cost
of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to
you.
To return any products to us, please:
Complete the reverse side of the invoice (which comes with your
order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Pack the items back in the parcel, attach the invoice and send it back

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in
transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of
postage where the item returned is faulty.
