Terms and Conditions Of Sale-

Products-

All tobacco products are available for sale to smokers aged 18 years or over,  residents in the UK.

Product satisfaction-

To ensure total customer satisfaction, unused products that are in their original packaging can be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of the item, facilitating either a refund (excluding original postage expenses) or a replacement for another product of the same cost or higher. Return postage charges will have to be incurred by the customer under any such circumstances. Details of any items to be returned should be informed to us in writing within 3 days of its receipt.

Payment-

All mentioned prices for products on the website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Payments can be made using all major credit or debit cards. All payment transactions are subject to verification checks and authorisation by the card holder where required. If the card issuer fails to authenticate the transaction, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Delivery-

Details of the order will be emailed to the customer before the consignment is despatched. Should the customer require a particular product that is currently out of stock, we will inform you of the expected delivery dates via email.  Should the customer not receive a particular order within 14 days from the date of despatch, the customer should inform us in writing about such a mishap. Also no damage costs will be incurred by us unless we are informed about such circumstances 3 days from the receipt of such damaged goods deliveries.

STANDARD DELIVERY-

Standard deliveries cost £3.95 per delivery, per address. Deliveries are made between Monday's to Friday's. Goods shipped by standard delivery should be expected in 2-5 working days from the date of despatch.

SPECIAL DELIVERY-

Special deliveries cost £6.95 per delivery, per address. Deliveries are made between Monday's to Friday's. Goods shipped by Special delivery can be expected on the next working day, provided the order is received before 2pm.

Privacy-

Customer information disclosed to us by way of online registration is treated as private and confidential. Such information is not disclosed to third parties under any circumstances
